Seals are a daily delight for the Brya team and their adventurous guests. Appearing with quiet curiosity then slipping beneath the waves or watching from the rocks, these magnificent mammals inspire joy, wonder, and a deep respect for the marine life that calls our coastline home.
Brya has chosen to champion their local seals, raising awareness and funds for The Seal Project, a local charity dedicated to protecting these incredible but vulnerable creatures. Every kayak trip presents an opportunity for Brya to observe, photograph, and report sightings, contributing vital data to support their conservation. Donations from Brya’s kayak adventure ticket sales and fundraising activities also help The Seal Project to continue their important work.
Brya is committed to ensuring that future generations can experience the magic of encountering these enigmatic creatures in the wild. They are educating paddlers on how to respect and protect seals, holding events to spread awareness, and working to keep our waters litter-free.
